Brake Rounding / cutting Tool: John Donaldson advised “An old fellow in the Vintage Club once showed me a tool that attached to the axle and allowed you to machine the brake shoes in place to get them round and to fit refurbished drums but I have never seen one used in action. I believe it basically allowed a tool holder to be attached to the axle that allowed you to rotate a cutting tool by hand around the shoes to cut excess lining off. This may be the cutting tool.'
